20 Years of Impact: Two Decades of Service, Spirit, and Growth

This year marks a remarkable milestone — 20 years of community impact for our club. Over the past two decades, we’ve proudly participated in countless events, supported local causes, and donated over $50,000 directly to our community — not including contributions to Apex Australia’s national and international programs.

Our journey has been defined by hands-on service, teamwork, and generosity, creating lasting change across Queensland and beyond.

Community Engagement Highlights

From major festivals to grassroots initiatives, our members have dedicated their time and energy to projects that make a real difference:

  • Sleeping rough at Roma Street to raise awareness for homelessness

  • Supporting motor sports at Queensland Raceway (V8s & Motorcycles)

  • Tree planting and cleanup days across Brisbane

  • Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers

  • Chinchilla Watermelon Festival

  • Apex Australia Teenage Fashion Awards (AATFA)

  • Brookfield Show – post-COVID bar and parking support

  • Trivia Night – celebrating membership and sponsors

  • Bundaberg Sound Rock & Music Festival

  • Kalbar Sunflower Festival

  • Mt Gravatt Show Bar

…and many more events, each leaving a unique mark and strengthening our connection with the community.

A Living Legacy

To commemorate our 20th Anniversary, the club partnered with the Brisbane City Council to plant 20 trees, symbolising two decades of service and growth. This initiative proudly took place during APEX GLOBAL INITIATIVE: Plant A Tree Week, linking our local celebration to Apex’s global environmental vision.

Each tree now stands as a living reminder of the club’s enduring commitment — to community, sustainability, and the Apex spirit of service.

As we celebrate 20 years, we look back with pride and forward with purpose, ready to continue building connections, supporting those in need, and shaping a stronger, greener future for all.
